Depending on the assignment, you will: Clarify hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles.

Identify and approach candidates through direct sourcing, professional networks, job boards, and referrals.

Conduct screening interviews and assess qualifications, motivation, and suitability for the role.

Present qualified candidates with transparent summaries and recommendations.

Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Keep recruitment records accurate and provide progress updates.

Support offer discussions and follow-up when included in the mandate.

Requirements We’re looking for professionals with: Proven recruitment experience in one or more industries.

Professional proficiency in at least two languages, with the ability to screen and engage candidates in those languages.

Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.

The ability to manage assignments independently and meet agreed deadlines.

Sound judgment, discretion, and respect for candidate confidentiality.
