Experienced Tow Truck Drivers — Busters Towing

Location: Vancouver, BC

Busters Towing is hiring experienced tow truck drivers to join our fleet of more than 40 trucks. We provide busy, consistent work throughout Vancouver, including bylaw towing, private impounds, and city contract work.

We’re looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and solve problems independently.

Available Trucks and Shifts

- Flatdeck — Freightliner M2: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- 1-ton autoloader wrecker — Dodge 5500: Monday–Friday.
- 1-ton conventional arm-style wrecker — Dodge 5500: Monday–Friday.
- 1-ton conventional wrecker — Dodge 5500: Overnight shift, 6:00 p.m.–4:00 a.m.
- 1-ton low truck auto wrecker - Chevy 3500: Thu-Mon, 6:00pm.- 4:00 a.m.

What You’ll Do
- Safely operate tow trucks, hydraulic systems, lifting equipment, and rigging.
- Complete bylaw towing, private impounds, and city contract assignments with care and professionalism.
- Work independently while maintaining clear communication with dispatch.
- Receive and manage assignments primarily through tablet-based applications.
- Complete invoices and job records accurately.
- Assess each situation, solve problems, and pay close attention to safe vehicle handling.




- Support towing operations during stadium and theatre events, parades, and festivals—these are a key part of our busiest periods.

What You’ll Need
- A valid Class 5 driver’s licence and established driving experience. These positions are not suitable for newly licensed drivers.
- Previous towing experience with an established, reputable towing company.
- Willingness to complete a background check.
- A working understanding of hydraulics, lifting equipment, rigging, and safe towing procedures.
- The ability to safely lift and handle towing dollies weighing approximately 50–60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Confidence working independently in a busy city setting.
- Familiarity with tablet-based dispatch, invoicing, and job documentation applications.
- Reliable availability for your selected shift, with flexibility to support busy event periods.
