Covenant House Vancouver is seeking a Youth Worker for the Community Support Services (CSS) Program. You will build trusting relationships with youth, assess needs, and provide practical resources.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to help youth reach short- and long-term goals, including education and employment support, while navigating trauma-related challenges. The role requires experience with at-risk youth, robust interpersonal skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies.
