In this pivotal role, you will report to the Travel Lead, managing travel requests and coordinating logistics for the remote Eskay Creek mine site in British Columbia.
Your responsibilities will encompass arranging exclusive charters, commercial flights, and ground transport while handling travel disruptions. You'll serve as a central contact for inquiries related to travel and operate within a fast-paced mining environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate transportation arrangements across various modes
- Manage travel requests and maintain booking systems
- Liaise with contractors for logistic requirements to/from site
- Communicate travel delays to stakeholders
- Monitor coach journeys and provide updates to management Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 2+ years in travel coordination in FIFO role
- Strong MS Office proficiency
- Experience with travel management systems preferred
