Connect Hearing Canada is seeking a Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional service across in-person, phone, and email channels at our Sunshine Coast clinics (Gibsons or Sechelt).
Reporting to the Regional Clinic Manager, you will schedule appointments, manage client files, and assist with third-party billing. You may travel to other clinics and training is provided for device repairs.
