I am looking for a kind, patient, and physically solid caregiver or Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide overnight support for my grandpa.
He is living with dementia and requires a watchful eye and a calming presence during the night to ensure he stays safe and comfortable.
Key Responsibilities: • Toileting & Continence Support: Assisting him safely to and from the washroom during the night. • Safety & Supervision: Monitoring him if he wakes up confused or disoriented, ensuring he doesn’t wander or fall. • Small Tasks: Providing a glass of water, adjusting blankets, and helping him settle back to sleep using gentle reassurance.
