Our client is seeking a Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager for a contract opportunity in Calgary , Alberta.
This role oversees accounts receivable and collections across seven branches, balancing credit risk, customer service, and timely payments while supporting accurate reporting and account reconciliation.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounts receivable operations across seven branches.
Review credit exceptions and approve order releases based on account status and risk.
Analyze aging reports and lead monthly collections meetings.
Apply customer payments, investigate discrepancies, and reconcile accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and collection issues.
Manage commercial and consumer collections to support cash flow.
Guide AR support staff and maintain productive workflows.
