Your role involves planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while enhancing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute various residential and ICI development projects • Identify business development opportunities and procure new clients • Manage day-to-day client interactions and project team communications • Provide technical direction for grading, servicing, and stormwater management • Ensure project compliance with municipal standards and internal policies
Requirements: • Degree in Civil Engineering required • Minimum 5 years of project management experience • Possess P.Eng. designation for professional credibility • Strong understanding of subdivision and site plan processes • Proficient with software applications, especially MS Office
