What You’ll DoMeet in person with internal and/or external stakeholders to facilitate team and business priorities/opportunities. Own the day‑to‑day functions of a digital product value stream, including executing on the product vision and roadmap. Partner with Product leadership and stakeholders to define the product vision, KPIs, and product outcomes. Execute day‑to‑day product discovery, serve as the voice of the customer, facilitate the interdisciplinary team to deliver on goals, and measure success or failure under Product leadership oversight. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics counterparts within Strive’s Agile SDLC to translate strategic goals into scalable, high‑impact product solutions. Understand the market and overall competitive dynamics of the product area with a focus on digital health, AI‑enabled workflows, and value‑based care models. Demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, influence stakeholder groups, and gain trust across the organization. Leverage data‑driven insights to make effective prioritization decisions and measure the success of initiatives. Lead a cross‑functional agile team, consistently driving focus and strong outcomes. Demonstrate comfort in change and facilitate the team to strategically adapt and evolve. Contribute to continuous improvement of Digital Product team best practices, maturing product operations, backlog hygiene, and sprint delivery discipline. Minimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 5+ years experience in a product management role. 4+ years experience at either a healthcare delivery organization or working on a technology product in an agile environment. Experience leading digital patient experience initiatives (mobile/web/omnichannel). Talent for distilling abstract ideas and product vision into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Demonstrated success in deploying AI/LLM solutions responsibly. Experience operating within pod‑based SDLC, partnering directly with Engineering and Data Science teams. Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Strategy, Clinical Operations, and Go‑To‑Market partners to ensure the Digital Product roadmap aligns with enterprise priorities while remaining execution‑focused. Annual Base Salary Range: $108,500 - $136,000. This position is also eligible for a target annual bonus of 15%. Final compensation will be determined based on location, experience, and qualifications.
