- Deliver direct personal care and document compliance
- Collaborate with the clinical team for resident transfers
- Prepare nutritious meals per resident needs




- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Maintain a protected environment for residents and staff Requirements:
- Graduate of Personal Support Worker program or equivalent
- Previous experience in senior community health services
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
