Engineer, DevOps Reports to: Senior Director, Cloud Operations As a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps at Conga, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing the cloud infrastructure and delivery capabilities that power our industry-leading revenue lifecycle management solutions. You will help build the foundation that enables Conga’s engineering teams to deliver world-class software experiences for customers around the globe. As we continue to scale our cloud-native platforms and global customer footprint, the need for secure, automated, and resilient infrastructure has never been greater. As a Senior Software Engineer DevOps, you will help drive the evolution of our development and deployment ecosystems, empowering engineering teams to deliver high-quality software faster and more efficiently. Your expertise will directly influence system availability, deployment velocity, operational excellence, and the overall developer experience across the organization.

You'll work alongside a highly talented team of engineers dedicated to solving complex technical challenges while supporting products that help customers streamline and transform their revenue operations. Design, implement, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines that automate software build, testing, deployment, and release processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase deployment efficiency, reliability, and developer productivity.

Partner with engineering teams to establish DevOps best practices across the software development lifecycle.





Cloud

Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Design and support highly available, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and Microsoft Azure environments. Optimize platform performance, cost efficiency, and operational resilience across production and non-production environments. Establish deployment standards and operational best practices for Kubernetes-based environments.

Implement and maintain infrastructure and application security best practices, including encryption, access controls, network security, and vulnerability management. Proactively identify risks and implement solutions that improve system reliability and uptime. Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product teams to support scalable application development and deployment strategies.

Provide technical guidance on infrastructure architecture, cloud adoption, and operational best practices. Participate in architectural reviews and contribute to long-term platform strategy discussions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. ~5+ years of hands-on experience architecting, building, and supporting highly scalable software and infrastructure solutions. ~ Proven experience deploying and managing production workloads within AWS and/or Microsoft Azure cloud environments. ~ Technical Expertise Working knowledge of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.





Knowledge of modern software development technologies including .NET Core/.NET Framework, Java, and JavaScript.

Experience analyzing and solving complex technical challenges within large-scale distributed systems. DevOps & Automation Mindset You are passionate about automation, process optimization, and building repeatable, scalable solutions that improve engineering efficiency. You partner effectively across engineering teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

You are committed to reliability, security, scalability, and maintaining high standards for platform performance and availability. Cloud certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Kubernetes.

Experience working within Agile development environments. Hands-on experience with Atlassian Jira and modern software delivery toolchains. These formats help ensure that your resume’s formatting remains intact, making it easier for our recruiters to review your application promptly.
