Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Senior/Team Lead Full Stack Application Developer to join a leading North American customs brokerage company.

Our customer is seeking a senior developer who can remain hands-on while providing day-to-day technical leadership and coordination support, including guiding offshore development resources.

This is not expected to be a formal people manager initially, but the individual must demonstrate team leadership capability and strong collaboration skills.

This is a hybrid role and requires two days per week onsite in Etobicoke.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example as a hands-on full stack developer (front-end + back-end)
• Help direct and coordinate offshore development resources; drive clarity on priorities and execution
• Support delivery, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancement work in a complex platform environment
• Promote best practices, efficient execution, and consistent team communication
Skills and Requirements
• Strong C#/.NET experience (for building scalable and high-performance backend applications and APIs)
• Strong Angular + Type

Script experience (for robust and responsive front end development)
• Full stack delivery experience and ability to guide others technically




• Strong understanding of SQL Server, stored Procedures, Indexing, Database design
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools for troubleshooting and productivity (not necessarily building AI into products)
Experience Level: • 5+ years strongly preferred (overall leadership ability is the key)
• Knowledge in thread programming and reflection
