**Job Title: Forklift Operator - Afternoons**
**Job Description**
As a Forklift Operator, you will operate a Double Long Center Rider and Double End Walkie safely and efficiently to pick orders using a voice-directed picking system.

Your role involves accurately selecting and building customer orders, loading, moving, and transporting products throughout the warehouse, performing repetitive physical work throughout the shift, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
**Responsibilities**
Operate a Double Long Center Rider and Double End Walkie safely and efficiently.

Pick orders using a voice-directed picking system.

Accurately select and build customer orders.

Load, move, and transport products throughout the warehouse.

Perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
**Essential Skills**
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Valid double Walkie Rider license from a recognized/preferred forklift training provider.

Ability to lift 20-50lbs repetitively.

Clear English communication skills.

Experience in material handling.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Previous order picking and RF or voice-picking experience is considered an asset.

The role offers shift options including Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) with a $1.00/hour premium, Night Shift (10:00 PM to 6:00 AM) with a $1.50/hour premium, and a regular Morning Shift from Monday to Friday (6:00 AM to 2:00 PM).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mississauga, ON.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00/hr.

skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
