**Job Title: Solderer - Weekend**
**Job Description**
The Solderer performs a variety of standard hand soldering tasks across products while consistently applying IPC standards.

This role contributes to team productivity and product quality through independent execution of moderately complex soldering work.
**Responsibilities**
Perform standard hand soldering tasks across products to meet production and quality requirements.

Apply IPC standards and component handling practices to ensure consistent workmanship.

Handle moderately complex assemblies independently to support production flow.

Resolve routine soldering issues to minimize rework and delays.

Communicate soldering or quality issues clearly within the team.

Interact regularly with supervisors and Quality Engineers to support quality outcomes.

Minimize waste and rework through proper techniques and material use.

Contribute to team productivity and product quality through reliable execution.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
**Essential Skills**
2+ years of through-hole soldering experience.

Experience with the use of a microscope.

Ability to read and understand assembly documentation.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
Good knowledge of SMT/TH or Mix Tech assemblies as per IPC A-610 standards is required.

Electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
