Tripster Productions creates story-driven YouTube shows for automotive and premium brands. Our work has reached over 300,000 views on a single video, and we're signing recent clients fast. We're looking for a versatile, reliable videographer who's ready when the next shoot lands.
What You'll Shoot
- Cars, first and foremost: dealerships, exotics, custom builds, rolling shots and big reveals
- Premium brands: luxury homes, boats, powersports and showrooms
- People: owner interviews, on-camera hosts and customer reactions
- Events and behind-the-scenes: launches, deliveries and day-in-the-life content
Responsibilities
- Shoot on location across Winnipeg and surrounding areas, mostly on weekdays Follow detailed shot lists while bringing your own creative eye
- Capture clean, professional audio for interviews and hosts
- Upload and organize footage the same day so our editors can start right away
Compensation
- $3000/month on-call retainer covering up to 8 shoot days
- $250 for each additional shoot day

- A clear path to a full-time position for strong, reliable performers
What You Bring
- A portfolio that shows range across cars, people, products or places
- Strong audio skills; we care about sound as much as picture
- A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
- Professionalism and punctuality on every shoot
- Your own 4K camera and audio kit is an asset, but not required; we can provide equipment for the right person
Nice to Have
- A genuine passion for cars
- Drone experience with a Transport Canada pilot certificate
- An understanding of what makes YouTube and social content perform
