Reporting to the Academic Program Manager, this role is dedicated to building a thriving Virtual Community of Care on the Circle.so platform.

With a focus on northern and rural Ontario, you will support registrants by connecting them with essential resources and fostering a collaborative online environment. Ideal candidates possess strong knowledge of health human resources and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with registrants for support and inquiries
- Connect participants with relevant resources and opportunities
- Moderate online discussions and enhance community engagement




- Build relationships with healthcare employers and stakeholders
- Monitor metrics to improve registrant experiences Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3 to 5 years in program coordination or community engagement
- Lived experience in Northern Ontario preferred
- Knowledge of recruitment and workforce development
