Key Responsibilities

- Front Counter Sales: Act as the primary face of the branch, greeting customers, processing orders, and providing exceptional product and fastener solutions.
- Customer Service: Build strong relationships with local trades, contractors, and walk-in patrons, ensuring a top-tier customer experience on the warehouse floor.
- Warehouse Operations: Manage day-to-day warehouse duties including order picking, processing paperwork, inventory handling,



and maintaining an organized floor.
- Administrative Support: Utilize the Microsoft Office suite to manage orders, track details, and process daily logistics paperwork accurately.

What You Bring

- Customer-First Attitude: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine pride in delivering great service.
- Industry Familiarity: Prior experience in sales or handling of building materials, construction supplies, hardware, or industrial fasteners is highly valued (asset, but not required).
