Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate / DZ Truck Driver

Location: Sudbury, Ontario

Position Type: Ongoing Temporary Assignment

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $26.65 per hour

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate / DZ Truck Driver for an ongoing temporary assignment in Sudbury, ON. The successful candidate will support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, order picking, restocking, and customer deliveries.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

- Receive, load, and unload shipments and trailers.
- Pick, pack, ship, and restock orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure customer orders are completed and ready for shipment on time.
- Assist with counter sales and customer service.
- Operate hand trucks and mechanical material-handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Monitor warehouse productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Communicate with customers and sales staff regarding orders, deliveries, and service issues.
- Report damaged shipments or equipment and complete required documentation and photographs.
- Ensure warehouse equipment is safe,



available, and in good working condition.

Truck Driving and Deliveries

- Deliver customer orders accurately, safely, and on time.
- Load and unload products as required.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Report any damage to shipments or equipment.
- Maintain a safe driving record and ensure the delivery truck remains safe and in good working condition.
- Follow all applicable safety procedures and driving regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

- Valid DZ driver's licence.
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to safely handle warehouse materials and operate applicable equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workplace.

Additional Requirement

Candidates applying for the DZ Driver position must provide a copy of their valid driver's licence and complete a Driver Declaration Form.
