Duties and Responsibilities

- Establish website design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Maintain the appearance of websites by applying consistent design and content standards.
- Design visual imagery for websites and ensure consistency with the organization’s brand image.
- Integrate features and functionalities into websites.
- Create and optimize website content using graphics, database, animation, and other software.
- Test website designs and make improvements to usability, visual presentation, and functionality.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to develop website graphics, content, capacity, and interactivity.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- A minimum of two years of relevant work experience in web design or a related field.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese.




- Knowledge of WeChat Mini Programs, including their design requirements, functionality, and integration.
- A solid understanding of website design principles, layout, typography, colour, and visual consistency.
- Knowledge of user interface and user experience (UI/UX) design principles.
- Familiarity with responsive design and the ability to create layouts suitable for desktop and mobile devices.
- Proficiency in graphic design and website prototyping tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Ability to create, update, and optimize website graphics and content.
- Ability to test website designs, identify usability issues, and implement improvements.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
