## Workday Financial ConfiguatorApplylocations: Tyvantime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: JR Workday Financial Configuator**POSITION SUMMARY:** Responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing Workday Financial Management functionality to support core accounting and finance processes in a complex, highly regulated workplace. Partners with Finance, Accounting, HRIS, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders (and, as applicable, Revenue Cycle and operational leaders) to translate business requirements into scalable Workday configurations, ensure data integrity, support testing and deployments, and drive continuous improvement across end-to-end finance processes.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Configure and support Workday Financial Management modules (e.G., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Banking/Settlement, Procurement, Projects, Reporting) based on organizational needs.* Gather and document business requirements; translate them into Workday configuration designs,



including security impacts and downstream integrations/reporting considerations.* Maintain foundational and transactional configuration: business processes, organizations, supplier/customer setup, worktags, accounting rules, posting rules, ledger setup, fiscal calendars, and approvals.* Support healthcare operational finance needs through accurate use of worktags and reporting (e.G., cost centers/departments, facilities/locations, service lines, funds, and projects), partnering with Finance to maintain consistent master data and governance.* Collaborate with Supply Chain/Procurement stakeholders to support purchasing and accounts payable processes, including approvals, supplier enablement, 3-way match (as applicable), and spend reporting.* Partner with integration teams to support interfaces relevant to healthcare (e.G., banking/
