As we prepare to open our doors, we are looking for a strong leader to help build and guide our team from the ground up.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front‐of‐house operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new opening and play a key role in shaping the culture, service standards, and overall guest experience at Mazi.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure an outstanding guest experienceLead, train, and motivate staff to uphold high standards of service, professionalism, and teamworkCreate and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage and smooth operationsMonitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing supportHandle guest feedback and resolve issues in a professional, solutions-focused mannerCollaborate with ownership on operational goals, cost control,
