helping to drive process optimization & operational efficiencyDeliver client transformation engagements in collaboration with client stakeholders and the wider Citco business (SMEs and Business Leads) translating agreed objectives into practical implementation plansSupport the SVP/EVP in overseeing a dedicated client engagement, working directly with client stakeholders to understand priorities, manage day-to-day expectations, coordinate delivery, and escalation key risks and decisions as appropriateIdentify opportunities that can be used (e.G. automation, standardization, simplification, and integration) to solve business obstacles and to improve existing business processesProvide subject matter expertise around investor relations and/or AML/KYCWork closely with Business Analysts and broader project and business teams to guide, teach and impart specialized knowledgeAssist with business requirements sign-off, testing, and development sign-off for initiatives in your specialized areaCollaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approachWork directly with Business Development to play an active role in client pitches by effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformation Office's expertise, best practices and technological solutionsMaintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancementsHighlight areas of risk, contributing to meetings and overall project reporting via project managerLead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Transformation OfficeStrong stakeholder management, analytical and illustrative skills,



and communication are essentialQualificationsAbout You:8 - 10 years' relevant industry experience within Investor Relations, AML, KYC, Compliance, including experience delivering operational or transformation initiatives.Strong client-facing experience, with the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders and take ownership of service outcomesA transformation mindset, with experience challenging established processes and implementing technology-enabled improvementsStrategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plansIn-depth knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues including Know Your Customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering policies; Cayman AML an advantageExcellent leadership and team management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsMinimum 5 years' experience in a leadership role and managing teams remotelyYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
