Reporting to the Senior PMCL, you’ll coach and develop project managers, embed best‑in‑class project management practices, and provide hands‑on leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, profitably, and consistently. Your Key Responsibilities Lead & Develop People Coach and mentor project managers and project controls staffSupport project and pursuit assignments aligned to capability and riskAssign and oversee Project Independent Reviews (PIRs)Deliver targeted training on project controls, forecasting, change management, and systemsProvide performance feedback to people leadersDrive Project Excellence Champion consistent project management practices aligned with Stantec’s PM FrameworkServe as a Project Independent Reviewer, monitoring budget, schedule, risk, quality, and financial performanceSupport project setup, forecasting (EAC), revenue recognition, and compliance processesIdentify distressed projects early and lead corrective action plansRecommend and implement improvements to project delivery and resource managementSupport Business Performance Advise leaders on project delivery performance, pricing,
