Crystal Lodge in Whistler Village is hiring a full time Reservations Agent to turn enquiries into bookings and support revenue opportunities. You’ll be the first point of contact, sharing local knowledge and delivering warm, personalised service.
You’ll manage day-to-day reservations via phone and email, maintain accurate availability across GDS, OTAs, and our website, and collaborate with Front Desk and Sales teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
