The Canadian Woodenware Manufacturing is looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our growing production team.

We specialize in manufacturing quality wooden products for wholesale distribution to retailers and garden centres across Canada. We're not just looking to fill a position — we're looking for someone who wants to build a career with us.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll begin by learning the fundamentals of woodworking production, including the use of assembly jigs, woodworking tools, and efficient manufacturing techniques.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Breaking down and preparing lumber for production
- Gluing, nailing, fastening, and assembling wooden components
- Learning to use assembly jigs and production equipment
- Sanding, painting, staining, and finishing wooden products
- Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency
- Packaging, preparing, and shipping completed orders
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Working alongside experienced woodworkers to improve your skills and efficiency

This position offers hands-on exposure to a wide variety of woodworking processes, giving you valuable skills that can be applied throughout the industry.

More Than an Assembly Job — A Path to Skilled Woodworking

At Wooden Hearts Corporation,

we believe in promoting from within and investing in people who demonstrate commitment, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Your journey will begin on our wholesale production line, where you'll develop a strong foundation in woodworking, assembly techniques, production efficiency, and quality control.

As you demonstrate consistent performance and develop your skills, opportunities may include:

Stage 1 — Production & Assembly: Master woodworking fundamentals, assembly jigs, tools, and manufacturing processes.

Stage 2 — Advanced Woodworking & Cross-Training: Gain hands-on experience alongside our custom furniture team, learning advanced woodworking techniques and high-end craftsmanship through an apprenticeship-style training opportunity.

Stage 3 — Skilled Furniture Manufacturing: Develop the skills to contribute to luxury custom furniture, cabinetry, and architectural woodworking projects.

Stage 4 — Leadership & Management: For the right individual, there is potential to advance into a leadership position, eventually overseeing our entire wholesale manufacturing production line.

Advancement and cross-training opportunities are based on individual performance, demonstrated skills, and business needs.
