Extendicare seeks a Project Manager for IT Building Technologies to oversee complex IT projects across our Long-term Care and Home Health divisions. This hybrid role bases at our Markham head office and leads full project lifecycles with cross-functional teams.
You will manage vendors, design solutions, and drive change management while engaging stakeholders across the organization. A IT-related bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of in-field project management are required.
