- Other duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

- 3–5 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance.
- Experience processing payroll. Proficiency with Payworks is considered an asset.
- Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with accounting and/or financial software.
- A high level of professionalism, discretion, and care when handling confidential information.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a positive, collaborative approach.
- A willingness to learn new systems and processes and take ownership of responsibilities.

Why Work at OSC?

Here's what you can look forward to:

- Competitive compensation: $55,000–$65,000 annually, based on experience.
- Comprehensive benefits: Employer-paid health and dental coverage.
- RRSP matching program: Helping you invest in your future.
- Vacation: Time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work.
