Role Description The Beauty Advisor role at La Prairie Switzerland is a full-time, on-site position based in Toronto, ON. In this role, the Beauty Advisor provides personalized skincare consultations, introduces clients to La Prairie products, and offers expert guidance tailored to individual needs. Daily responsibilities include welcoming and engaging customers, demonstrating products, performing skincare routines or applications as appropriate, and driving retail sales while maintaining a luxurious client experience.

The Beauty

Advisor ensures high standards of visual merchandising,



keeps product areas organized, manages stock levels, and supports promotional activities and events in-store. This role also involves building lasting client relationships, maintaining customer records, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and uphold La Prairie’s brand image.

Qualifications

- Strong skin care and cosmetology knowledge, with the ability to provide expert, personalized skincare advice.
- Excellent product knowledge skills, including the capacity to learn and communicate La Prairie’s luxury skincare portfolio.
- Proven customer service abilities, delivering attentive, respectful, and tailored experiences in a luxury environment.
- Experience in retail sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and building client loyalty.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: prior experience in prestige or luxury beauty, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to stand for extended periods, flexible availability including evenings and weekends, and proficiency in multiple languages is an asset.
