Travel: Approximately 40% of the time across Canada, occasionally to USA.

Apply your industry experience to lead, organize, integrate, and evaluate the performance of Crew Chiefs. Accountable for business financial performance and growth. Team-oriented leadership with Supervisor. Ability to maintain focus and positively communicate priorities to others when faced with multiple opportunities and distractions.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Manage the Retail Division's business in the achievement of goals with a positive future vision without requiring sustained tactical management from Supervisor.

· Grow the Retail Division not at the expense of the Wholesale Division.

· Operationally assist and be a resource for legacy Brenntag business integration into 1,4GROUP business practices, processes, and policies.

· Positive colleague annual reviews identifying you as a trusted and respected team member.





· Support Marketing by providing market intelligence and life cycle management information.

· Presenting to our Retail Division storage customers about 1,4GROUP, creating differentiated value from the crew chiefs.

· Create buy-in to 1,4GROUP vision, mission, and strategies through behaviours and actions.

· Instill professional discipline into Retail Division by consistent policy enforcement.

· Other duties as assigned.

Selected Key Deliverables

· Meet and exceed Retail Division's Annual Goals.

· Meet and exceed Retail Division's Annual P&L; vs Budget.

· Create a Retail Division Targeted Growth Plan.

· Above 70% accuracy in annual volume, sales, and expenses budget performance.

· On deadline submission of presentations and spreadsheets for meetings and events.

· CRM current and complete for customers, prospects, and crew chiefs.

· Overdue Receivables and Bad Debt are in-line with the rest of 1,4GROUP's business.
