Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR)Toronto | Full-Time | On-Site The OpportunityA leading Toronto based AI venture studio is looking for an exceptional individual to work directly alongside ownership building, acquiring, and operating businesses.

Someone smart, ambitious, resourceful, and capable of figuring things out without being told how. This is not a traditional corporate role. You'll be involved in everything from negotiating major deals and launching recent ventures to cold calling customers, solving operational problems, and building software with AI.

Some days you'll be working on a million-dollar opportunity. Other days you'll be knocking on doors.

Both matter.

What You'll Do

- Build businesses. Help take new ventures from idea to revenue, including product development, sales, operations, and growth.
- Make deals happen. Identify opportunities, build relationships, negotiate agreements, and close transactions.
- Solve difficult problems. Take on ambiguous challenges, navigate difficult conversations, and find solutions where others get stuck.
- Sell anything. Cold call, knock on doors, pitch executives, develop partnerships, and win customers.
- Build with AI. Use modern tools to create software, automate workflows, and execute ideas without waiting for a development team.
- Handle special situations. Step into urgent or sensitive business matters with good discretion, sound judgment, and composure.
- Take ownership. See what needs to be done, make a plan, and execute without constant oversight.
