About All Star MiningAll Star Mining is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, organized, and postivie individual to join our team!

This role will support our Canadian mining operations, playing a key part in employee onboarding, HR administration, workforce scheduling, travel arrangements, and personnel mobilization across our projects.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced mining environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and employee onboarding.
- Organize employee travel, flights, accommodations, and site mobilizations.
- Manage employee rotations, work schedules, and crew changes.
- Maintain employee records, employment contracts, certifications, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing, and site-specific requirements.
- Assist with timesheets, payroll administration, and HR reporting.
- Maintain accurate employee information and support benefits administration.
- Communicate regularly with employees, supervisors, and project managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.




- Support daily HR operations and continuous improvement of administrative processes.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in Human Resources, HR administration, or workforce coordination.
- Experience in mining, construction, or industrial environments is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with SharePoint and HR management systems.
- Familiarity with Connecteam or similar workforce management platforms is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
- Ability to work on-site in Sudbury, Ontario.

Location & EligibilityPreference will be given to qualified candidates currently based in Sudbury and surrounding Northern Ontario communities. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
