Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, in office role based in Acheson, AB. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls, preparing quotes, and processing orders for abrasives, fasteners, safety supplies, and related products. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries, providing product recommendations, and following up on leads to convert them into ongoing business.

The role also involves managing customer accounts, updating records in the sales system,



and coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

The Inside Sales

Representative contributes to sales targets, supports walk-in customers when required, and maintains a professional, solutions-focused approach to every interaction.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated Inside Sales experience, including handling inquiries, preparing quotes, and closing orders.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Experience with Lead Generation and Account Management to grow and retain a customer base.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain product features and benefits clearly.
- Comfort working in an on-site industrial environment and familiarity with abrasives, fasteners, or safety products is an asset.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and sales or ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and customer requests simultaneously.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or a related field is an asset.
