Layfield is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team based in Vaughan, ON. [ISR Job Descrip | PDF]

In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for prospective and existing customers across Eastern Canada, helping to drive business growth through lead generation, customer relationship management, quoting, and sales support.

What You'll Do✅ Develop new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships

✅ Conduct customer outreach and follow-up activities

✅ Prepare quotes and support the bid/tender process

✅ Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within D365 CRM

✅ Support marketing initiatives and industry trade shows

✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and on-time order fulfillment





What We're Looking For✔ 1-3 years of sales, inside sales, or order desk experience in an industrial environment

✔ Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills

✔ A self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented workplace

✔ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

✔ Post-secondary education in business and experience reading technical documents or blueprints are considered assets
