Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Windsor, ON, for an Insurance Account Representative. The role involves managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships. The representative will be responsible for identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance and financial solutions, handling policy inquiries, supporting sales efforts, and guiding clients through their insurance and financial planning.





Additional responsibilities may include training clients on available resources and tools to maximize their benefits.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Account Management to effectively manage client portfolios and ensure accuracy in account details
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address client needs and build strong, professional relationships
- Experience in Sales and the ability to identify opportunities, present solutions, and achieve sales targets
- Skillset for Training and effectively educating clients on services, policy options, and financial tools
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling inquiries in a professional manner
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with insurance management tools and systems
- Prior experience in insurance, finance, or a related field is an asset
- Completion of or willingness to pursue necessary licensing and certifications as required by local regulations
