The Program Coordinator reports to the Director, Program Strategy & Operations, and is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordinating, execution, evaluation and continuous improvement of ISCT’s portfolio of more than 15 global education and training programs for clinicians, scientists, technologists, regulators, and industry professionals across multiple regions and time zones.This role involves coordinating a complex portfolio of more than 15 programs across different formats, regions, and stages of development. Working closely with the Director, Program Strategy & Operations, planning faculty, and subject matter experts, the Program Coordinator ensures that each program is delivered within ISCT’s established planning, quality assurance, accreditation, and training frameworks.



Subject matter experts are responsible for contributing and delivering the scientific and technical content.

The Program

Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the ongoing engagement of subject matter experts, coordinating the definition of program objectives and learning outcomes, tracking the completion and review of content and materials, maintaining timelines, meeting accreditation requirements, and delivering a consistent, high-quality learner experience.The successful candidate will serve as a trusted operational partner to the Director and will execute assigned programs from initial planning through delivery, evaluation, and follow-up.
