The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant who is motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually challenging environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being an integral part of a busy legal team, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is committed to providing exceptional client service. You will play a key role in keeping files organized, managing competing priorities and schedules, handling confidential information with discretion, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of a litigation practice.

- Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Has experience as a Litigation Assistant or in a similar role (considered an asset).
