Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Engagement

- Connect with individuals interested in personal and professional development.
- Conduct introductory conversations with prospective participants.
- Build positive professional relationships through effective communication and follow-up.

Marketing & Business Development

- Implement digital marketing and outreach strategies using established systems.




- Engage with interested enquiries and identify suitable opportunities for further discussion.
- Manage daily activities independently and maintain consistent follow-up.

Personal & Professional Growth

- Participate in ongoing leadership and personal development training.
- Attend online professional development sessions and team meetings.
- Apply new skills and strategies to your daily activities.
