Thunder Bay Pulp & Paper is seeking a Recovery Superintendent to lead the recovery process, including boiler, evaporation, and chemical recovery, while driving health, safety, efficiency and cost targets.

The role requires robust decision-making, union-management experience, and a background in power engineering or chemical/mechanical engineering with high-pressure boiler exposure. Relocation may be considered for the right candidate.
