At Strong Start, you'll work closely with a collaborative team to prepare children for Junior Kindergarten. This position emphasizes purpose-driven play and proven instructional methods, allowing you to develop your skills while making a significant impact.

You will help foster early literacy skills and positive classroom behaviors in a nurturing learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage children through whole group and individual instruction
- Build positive relationships with children and their families
- Implement prescribed teaching strategies and lessons




- Support administration by keeping accurate program records
- Adhere to health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum of one year working with children in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with diverse populations and exceptional needs
- Ability to lift program materials and engage in floor-level activities
- Current certification in First Aid and CPR-C
