JOB DESCRIPTION

Looking for a candidate that wants to grow throughout our business. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION: Leader not a boss - leads by example. Exceptional guest service. Extremely reliable. Looking for a career over a job. Conducts themselves with professionalism.
Has an ownership mentality and pride. Must have an open availability - Days, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Must be able to work full time (minimum 40 hours per week). Must be able to lead a team of 30. Ability to follow budgets and other financial targets.

Enforce and follow procedures. Driver's license and vehicle is an asset (Candidates will be prioritized).
