SharpLight Technologies is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and connect positioning, product marketing, demand generation and brand execution directly to pipeline and revenue.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can set the strategy, align teams and ensure the work gets executed. It may suit an experienced Senior Marketing Manager who is ready to take broader ownership of the full marketing function.

What you’ll own

- Develop SharpLight’s overall marketing strategy and priorities.
- Define corporate, product and competitive positioning.
- Build messaging, segmentation and value propositions for priority audiences.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for products, technologies and commercial initiatives.
- Align Marketing, Sales, Clinical and Executive Leadership.
- Oversee demand generation, content, marketing operations and creative execution.
- Establish departmental goals, KPIs, budgets and resource priorities.
- Evaluate campaign, pipeline, revenue and marketing ROI performance.
- Strengthen sales enablement through messaging, presentations, case studies and competitive intelligence.
- Lead and develop the Marketing team.

What we’re looking for

- Progressive experience across marketing strategy and execution.
- Experience managing or mentoring marketing professionals.
- Strong positioning, messaging, product marketing and go-to-market experience.
- Understanding of demand generation, digital marketing, content, CRM and marketing automation.
- Ability to interpret funnel, campaign, pipeline and revenue data.
- Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing ROI.
- Experience supporting a direct sales organization or consultative sales cycle.
- Strong communication, prioritization and cross-functional leadership skills.
- B2B, healthcare, medical aesthetics, medical devices, technology or another high-consideration sales environment is preferred.
- French fluency is a strong asset.
