The Opportunity

As a Mortgage Agent with TLC Mortgage Group, you'll operate as an independent contractor responsible for developing and managing your own mortgage business.

Your responsibilities will include

- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of mortgage clients and referral partners.
- Identifying suitable mortgage solutions for purchases, refinances, renewals, switches, and complex financing situations.
- Educating clients about available mortgage products, rates, terms, and financing options.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with real estate professionals, financial advisors, and other referral sources.
- Managing mortgage applications from initial consultation through funding.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients and providing exceptional service throughout the mortgage process.
- Ensuring all mortgage transactions meet applicable regulatory, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Consistently developing your knowledge, sales skills, and business development strategies.
