What you'll do

- Design reproducible coding tasks around feature work, bug fixes, refactors and performance improvements
- Create reference solutions and checks that accept correct code and reject incorrect code
- Write code samples and practical guidance on debugging strategies and technical reasoning
- Review code submissions, identify defects and performance bottlenecks, and explain where the AI went wrong
