AHS is looking for a full-time Recruiter 360° / CRM to join our healthcare staffing team in Etobicoke.

This is a sales-led role, roughly 70% business development and 30% recruitment, depending on business needs. You’ll win new healthcare clients, grow existing accounts, and place the right talent with them.

What you’ll do

- Bring on recent healthcare clients: hospitals, clinics, long-term care and other facilities
- Build relationships with client decision-makers and turn their staffing needs into job orders
- Run outreach by phone, email, LinkedIn and in-person visits, including door-to-door marketing when required
- Source, screen and place healthcare candidates

What we’re looking for

- Healthcare staffing experience (required)
- A background in sales or business development, with comfort in cold outreach and closing
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Reliable vehicle access is a nice to have

What we offer

- $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission
- Full-time position
