Your role as a Therapist The Minded is looking for Freelance Psychotherapists to take part in our mission to help people get access to culturally sensitive care.

You will be joining a very young startup and contributing to its growth.

What you need

- You are a graduate of a recognized School of Psychotherapy in your province
- Masters degree in psychotherapy, social work, mental health, etc.
- You are a registered member in good standing with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario
- You are familiar with the field of health and the psychosocial models of interdisciplinary care
- Bilingual and can provide therapy in another language, other than English
- Available at least 8 hours per week
- Have knowledge, awareness, and respect for different cultures
- Are committed to upholding principles of diversity, equality, and inclusion
- Registered for business insurance

What You'll Be Doing





- Conducting video consultations with clients presenting mental health-related symptoms
- Following up with clients to ensure progress in their care path
- Producing content in the form of videos, articles, etc. for the website
- Contributing to our online program library
- Responsible for patient safety in your member-facing role
