The Role

We’re looking for a professional, motivated Sales Associate who enjoys working with people and appreciates quality products. You’ll be a trusted advisor rather than a transaction processor, helping clients find the right watch or piece of jewellery for the moment they’re celebrating.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome clients warmly, understand their tastes, lifestyle, and occasion, and recommend the right pieces
- Build deep knowledge of our brands, materials, movements, and craftsmanship, and explain differences clearly and confidently
- Develop long-term client relationships through follow-up, personalized recommendations, and accurate client records
- Work toward individual and store sales goals while keeping a customer-first approach




- Handle inquiries in store, by phone, and by email, including special orders, repairs, and servicing
- Process sales accurately and follow procedures for payments, documentation, and high-value merchandise
- Support inventory tasks such as receiving, stock checks, transfers, and replenishment
- Keep showcases and displays clean, organized, and secure, reflecting the standards of our brand partners

What You Bring

- Retail sales experience, ideally in luxury, jewellery, watches, fashion, or hospitality (strong candidates without it are welcome)
- Confident, personable communicators who build rapport easily
- Genuine interest in fine jewellery and watches, and the curiosity to keep learning
- Polished, skilled presentation
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and discretion with valuable merchandise
- Comfort with POS systems and basic technology
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
