Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Public Sector / Healthcare Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite/Week) Duration: 8+ Months (250 Business Days, Possible Extension) Rate: $Market/Hour CAD + HST Eligibility: Canadian Citizens, Permanent Residents, and Valid Canadian Work Permit Holders.

: Senior Business Analyst for the Clinical Data Foundation (CDF) Program. The candidate will work with business stakeholders and healthcare SMEs to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements for electronic health-related projects.

Required Skills

- Minimum 8 years of Business Analysis experience in electronic healthcare projects.
- Public sector experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of project management concepts, scope, risk, planning, and quality management.
- Experience with requirements gathering, BRDs, business process modeling, use cases, data flows, and business rules.
- Experience preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.




- Robust stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, QA, privacy, security, and information management.
- Familiarity with Ontario Public Service (OPS) methodologies and AODA standards is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Lead stakeholder meetings, interviews, and requirements workshops.
- Prepare BRDs, process models, project documentation, and traceability matrices.
- Support EHR change requests, project planning, scope management, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with project teams, QA, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
