Role Description The Store Manager / Gérant(e) de magasin is a full-time, on-site role based at the Montreal Premium Outlet, QC. This role is responsible for leading daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, stock management, and ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

The Store

Manager oversees and coaches the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and promote Swarovski’s brand values. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring performance metrics, coordinating staff schedules, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.



The role also involves regular communication with regional management, reporting on store performance, and driving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction and store efficiency.

Qualifications

- Robust customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a passion for creating memorable in-store experiences.
- Proven Store Management experience, including overseeing daily operations, staff supervision, and achieving sales and performance goals.
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, team members, and management in both English and French.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, including inventory control and adherence to security procedures.
- Previous experience in fashion, jewelry, or premium retail environments is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching, performance management, and fostering an inclusive team culture.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
