Calm Courage Co. is an early-stage startup developing a children’s emotional learning app designed to help children build confidence, emotional awareness, social skills, and resilience

We’re preparing for launch and looking for a university or college student who wants hands-on experience developing and executing a social media growth strategy for a real startup
.
ABOUT THE ROL

We’re looking for more than someone who can create attractive posts. We need someone who understands how to build brand awareness, attract the right audience, grow an engaged community, and help turn social media attention into genuine interest in our upcoming app
.
RESPONSIBILITIE
S
Develop and implement an organic social media growth strategy
. Plan and maintain a consistent content calendar
. Create and publish content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
. Develop engaging Reels, short-form videos, Stories, and educational content
. Research target audiences, competitors, and relevant trends
. Identify opportunities to reach parents, caregivers, educators, and parenting communities
.
Build engagement and grow relevant audiences
. Research potential creator collaborations and community partnerships
. Track performance and recommend improvements
. Support pre-launch awareness and website or waitlist growth
.
WHO SHOULD APPLY

Students currently enrolled in a college or university program related to

Marketing or Digital Marketin g Social Media Marketin g* Communications or Public Relation s* Advertisin g* Business or E-commerc e* Or a related fiel d
Experience with Canva, short-form video, content planning, and social media analytics is an asset

We’re particularly interested in students who can demonstrate their skills through personal projects, school assignments, previous campaigns, or accounts they’ve helped grow
