Key Responsibilities:



- Lead drilling and blasting assessment projects end-to-end - Develop and optimize blast designs for better performance - Apply geological assessments for wall control and risk mitigation - Implement monitoring programs for compliance and safety - Prepare technical documentation including reports and presentations
Requirements: - Bachelor’s in Geological, Mining, or Civil Engineering - Active PEO membership required for Ontario projects - Proven blasting expertise in various environments - Certification in blasting operations essential - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
